Time for tea?

I have a few friends who whenever we are out for a cuppa, just order hot water. It appears carrying your own teabags around with you is becoming a bit of a thing. Maybe it's cost cutting, but whatever the reason, I know I would get very fed up of having teabags skulling about in my bag. So I created a little gadget, just for the teabag carriers amongst you.
