As part of the Arts Festival in Brentwood, Brentwood Shakespeare company put on Midsummer Night's Dream in the grounds of Ingatestone Hall. Beautiful Things was here too, to show off our crochet skills and talk about the other classes we have to offer.
It was a rather autumnal feeling day so I wore my lovely long sleeved Christine Haynes Emery dress which I was delighted to say sewed up a dream and fitted beautifully. I can honestly say this pattern will be a go to for many a creation in the future. The bodice would look lovely with a circle skit and the skirt could be made on it's own with a simple waistband quite easily too.
We had a really great day and would like to thank our fabulous crafty regular Elspeth for taking a day out of her week to help us out at Ingatestone hall.
