Having had Little Mack 7 weeks early back in 2007 and spending 3 weeks with him in the local neonatal unit, I like to do all I can for any charities looking to help prem babies and their families.

Not that you'd know it now though. Look at this grown up boy...........

Bliss is a fantastic charity and when I was asked by Plum Baby food to promote their latest fundraising effort I didn't hesitate. Have a quick read, follow the instructions below and do your bit to help a fabulous cause.

Plum helps Bliss babies have the best start in life

This Christmas, organic baby food brand Plum Baby will raise at least £30,000 for Bliss the special care baby charity through sales of its best-selling products and uniquely, through the amount of people who ‘like’ its Facebook page.

Over the next couple of months keep an eye out for special promotional pouches in all the major supermarkets, including Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons. For every one of these promotional packs sold, Plum will give 5p to help Bliss the special care baby charity. Not only that, for every new ‘like’ Plum receives on Facebook, Plum will donate a further penny. People can show their support by visiting the Plum baby page at facebook.com/plumbaby.

Nigel White from Plum Baby said, “We’ve chosen Bliss as our charity partner this year because of the outstanding work it does in helping premature babies and their families. As a brand we’re all about giving your child a Plum start, we’re keen to give that to the most in need. We know that people who choose our products are really supportive of charities like Bliss and we hope that making a donation on their behalf will go a long way to helping the babies Bliss support to have the very best possible start in life.”

*I have received no financial compensation for publicising this promotion
