The Sky is the limit

There is a little boy in Brentwood called Sky Harrington-Ellis.  Sky has a very aggressive form of Brain Tumour and is currently undergoing intensive Radiotherapy treatment at Great Ormond Street Hospital.  He has had numerous surgeries and has a long way to go yet.

Chicken & Frog and Beautiful Things have joined forces to try and do our very best to help Sky and his family during this difficult time an raise the vital funds needed to allow Skys family to be at his side night and day.  Daily trips to London, expenses whilst at his bedside and the general cost of living without the ability to go to work are taking their toll and we want to do all we can to help.

We are holding a Christmas shopping night on Friday 30th November and will remain open until 9.30pm.  Natasha's lovely Mum is doing some food (those of you who came to our launch night will know how yummy her buffets are) and we will have mulled wine and soft drinks available for you to enjoy whilst you shop.

I'll be bringing my packaging items to the shop and will happily make you up a small gift basket/bag/hamper for a small donation which can include a mixture of books and handmade items and I will also be selling vouchers for classes and product on the night too.

We will be giving a percentage of all our takings to Sky and his family as well as selling raffle tickets for some fantastic prizes donated by local businesses and supporters of Skys fund.

Do come along if you can, buy a raffle ticket in store in advance or simply share these details with your Friends and family.

Lets do all we can to help this family I know if it was me and my children I would be so grateful for the public support.
